For the adhesive to stick, it should not be in motion. The time between pumping the glue and passing the solvent through the profile should therefore be a short as possible.
The RDIPS system allows the following in a very short time:
- To disconnect the compressor unit
- To remove the profile cartridge and the half-stators from the pump
- To clean the cartridge with solvent
The rubber mixture is resistant to glue, iron shot (density 7) and solvent.
